At the first weekend of may 2015 we had the chance to travel for 3 days to Jordan.

Only 2,5 hours away from Bahrain (flight) it it quite close to the gulf and easy to reach – although the tickets are not that cheap…

1. Arriving in Amman

Surprisingly: all the procedures (picking up the laggage, visa, rental car) was very quickly done. The 1st of may was a friday so the shops were closed. In Amman we found Carrefour (an French supermarket) that we already know from Bahrain and Oman). There we got everything we needed and we enjoyed to be among locals: Jordanians were working for Jordanians and people were carrying the bags themselves from the supermarket to their cars! We haven’t seen people walking with their own feet for long time!
